Beef, Beans & Bluegrass Festival

August 22-24, 2025

 

Below are some of the guidelines for vendors participating in the vendor market for the Beef, Beans and Bluegrass Festival, 

 - Saturday, August 23, 2025, on Broadway, Downtown Scottsbluff, Nebraska

 - Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Frank Park in Scottsbluff, Nebraska

After submitting the form below, you will receive a copy of the official vendor form at the email provided.

  • A 10 x 10 booth space is $60.00 or a 10 x 20 space is $90.00.  If Vendor’s booth is larger than one space, Vendor must pay for the number of spaces needed to hold the booth.

  • Participation in the Sunday vendor market at Frank Park is optional.

  • A tent structure is not to exceed the Vendor’s purchased booth space.  Anchoring for this tent structure will be provided by the Vendor (no stakes, weights only).  

  • Sales tax for items sold is to be paid for by the Vendor to the State of Nebraska.  

  • The booth fee must be received by August 1, 2025 to reserve booth space.  

  • Details including setup and tear down times, as well as festival updates will be provided to vendors after August 1, 2025.  

  • Please understand that space is limited and a booth will only be guaranteed by submitting your entry fee in full, as a donation to the Beef, Beans and Bluegrass Festival, 2025.  

  • Please explain in detail what you will be offering in your booth space and who will be liable for the booth.  

  • We encourage incorporating the Festival theme into some or all of your booth.  

  • No refunds are available for cancellations.
