Beef, Beans & Bluegrass Festival

August 21-23, 2026

• This Vendor market it is part of the Beef Beans and Bluegrass Festival.

​

• By completing this application, the vendor agrees to follow all the conditions listed below on behalf of the Beef Beans and Bluegrass festival. August 22nd. Downtown (Broadway) Scottsbluff NE

August 23th. Booth space is available at Frank Park as well.

​

• A 10ft x10ft Booth space is $60.00 or a 10ft x 20ft booth space is $90.00.

If more space is required please consider purchasing an additional booth space.)

A tent structure, not to exceed 10ft x 10ft (if needed) is to be provided by the vendor. Each tent will need to be anchored with weights, sand bags, or such that is also not a tripping hazard. Merchandise is not to exceed your purchased booth space. Please maintain a clear pathway for the festival attendees.

• No Vendor will be permitted to park within the festival barricade, unless your trailer is the vendor booth. All vehicles need to be moved away immediately after unloading and prior to 8:00 am. A golf cart is available to help vendors to and from vehicles for restock and such.

​

• Please Explain below what items you will be selling or offering during the festival. This information helps us to place booth spaces away from like vendors and subitable for vendor needs. We encourage Vendors to incorporate the festival theme into merchandise and booth set up display.

• Phone Calls to Vendors including booth location, set up and tear down, will be made by August 10th Please be expecting us to touch base with you then. We will be calling the number you list below. • Booth fees are required to be paid to the festival on or before August 1st by check only. Send with payment, a signed copy of this application to:
