Beef, Beans & Bluegrass Festival

August 23-25, 2024

 

By completing this application, the Vendor agrees to follow all conditions listed on behalf of the Beef, Beans and Bluegrass Festival, Saturday, August 24, 2024, on Broadway, downtown Scottsbluff, Nebraska:

  • A 10 x 10 booth space is $50.00 or a 10 x 20 space is $80.00.  If Vendor’s booth is larger than one space, Vendor must pay for the number of spaces needed to hold the booth.

  • A tent structure is not to exceed the Vendor’s purchased booth space.  Anchoring for this tent structure will be provided by the Vendor (no stakes, weights only).  

  • Sales tax for items sold is to be paid for by the Vendor to the State of Nebraska.  

  • The booth fee must be received by August 16, 2024 to reserve booth space.  

  • Details including setup and tear down times, as well as festival updates will be provided in an entry packet made available by August 18, 2024.  

  • Please understand that space is limited and a booth will only be guaranteed by submitting your entry fee in full, as a donation to the Beef, Beans and Bluegrass Festival, 2024.  

  • Please explain in detail what you will be offering in your booth space and who will be liable for the booth.  

  • We encourage incorporating the Festival theme into some or all of your booth.  

  • Note: Vendor WILL NOT be permitted to sell water at the Festival.
